Why Bruskoffee?

Bruskoffee comes from the Filipino word “brusko,” meaning strong or tough. It reflects our bold, smooth coffee with a kick that holds its character in every cup.

A garage beginning

We started during COVID in a garage, then brought Bruskoffee to local pop-ups.

After the pop-ups

A pass-by shop in Villa

We opened a small pass-by branch in Villa with no dine-in seating.

Our Molo café

We opened our current Molo café near John B. Lacson.

In the cup

Strong does not mean harsh.

One Arabica–Robusta house blend runs through our coffee menu. Our partner in Batangas roasts it for a strong, balanced profile that is neither overly fruity nor bitter.

Bruskoffee is a café, not a roastery. Working with one roasting partner helps us keep the blend consistent.

Visit the Molo café.

Find us at 40 M.H. del Pilar St., near La Fiesta Hotel and John B. Lacson Molo.
